Hey, I'M HILARY!
I’ve always been drawn to the arts — photography, painting, and music all inspire my creative vision. This passion fuels my love for capturing the beauty and emotion of weddings.
When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll find me rock climbing, sipping tea or wine with friends, hiking Greenbelt trails, Geocaching with family, or mastering gluten-free baking.
I’m a fan of natural elegance — think soft whites, pastel greens & blues, blush pinks, lace, pearls, and wooden textures paired with modern touches.
Country music is my soundtrack, and you might catch me singing along or even dancing on your wedding day! My quieter nature helps me blend in to capture candid moments, but I also bring a fun, lighthearted energy that keeps things relaxed and enjoyable. We’ll have so much fun working together!

my favourite things:

places i've been
Currently I am not much of a world traveller, but I really want that to change! (Though, I am quite nervous about flying). To date, I'd say Banff or Aspen are my favourite places, as I absolutely love mountains.

guilty pleasure
Watching The Office over and over, Gilmore Girls, buying too many old school film cameras, and sour jube jubes.

pastTime
Spending an afternoon at the local Arboretum, reading my book and taking photos on my Minolta film camera.

Food
I love a good chicken burger with bacon and avocado, Pad Thai, and pasta. Snack go-tos are always sour jube jubes, and lightly salted Ruffles.

Animal
I'm a big cat lover, and so I'm biased and I have to say my adorable chonky girl Juniper.
